What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices shown on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR).
I've just placed an order, when can I expect it to ship?
We're excited to get your order to you! Please allow 4-7 days for production before your order is shipped out. We work hard to get your items ready as quickly as possible.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, you will! Your tracking number will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@wiskart.in so we can assist you.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order or there's an issue?
Your satisfaction is our priority! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product arrives defective or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to return it to us for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure a smooth process, please include your name and order number on the returned package.
Important: If your package is already on its way, please wait for it to arrive and then initiate the return process to receive your refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without any penalty, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already been dispatched, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund once you receive the item.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
If you've made a mistake in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible to confirm the correct details. Then, notify us via email at support@wiskart.in. We can usually update the address within 24 hours of the incorrect submission. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the address is incorrect after this 24-hour window.

Shipping times can vary depending on your location, as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers. However, the average shipping time is 4-7 days.
