Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders throughout India.

When will I receive my order?

We work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders are shipped directly from our various warehouses. Due to the popularity of some of our items, please allow an estimated 4-7 days for your order to arrive after it's shipped.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once you place an order, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number within 1-2 days. You can use this number to track your order's journey on our dedicated Tracking Page. If you encounter any issues while tracking your order, please don't hesitate to email us at  support@okmoon.shop

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you've ordered multiple items, they might be shipped separately from different warehouses. This is often because each warehouse specializes in certain products, allowing us to get them to you faster. Additionally, if a particular item is very popular or temporarily on a slight backorder, we may ship the available items in your order first to avoid delaying your entire purchase.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

We understand that unforeseen issues can sometimes occur during shipping. That's why all our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If your order happens to get stuck, returned to sender, or even lost during transit, please accept our sincere apologies, as postal services are outside of our direct control. However, because your package is insured, we will gladly send you a new package with expedited shipping and full tracking, where possible.
