• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

• Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

• Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will be clearly shown before order confirmation

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped

• Customers can track orders using the provided tracking link

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD availability depends on the delivery pin code

• Okmoon reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in order return

8. Delays or Exceptions

• Okmoon is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions

• Customers will be notified in case of significant delays

9. Damaged or Missing Items

• Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
